Makes 6 lg or 12 sm
2 cups amaranth flour
3/4 water
3 tablespoons organic butter (room temp)
sea salt to taste

Mix all ingredients together with spatula. divide into 6 or 12 parts and roll into balls. On a flour surface pat flat. In a warmed pan place dough. Cook till bubbles appear and flip. Brown spot should appear when cooked fully. Enjoy. Store in fridge.
