Fire Roasted Tomato Chicken soup

1 stalk celery diced
1 med carrot diced
2 ounce organic chicken breast chopped up
2 cloves garlic minced
1 med onion chopped up
1 med bell pepper diced
1/4 cup green chilies (optional)
1 can 8 ounce fire roasted tomatoes
1 cup organic chicken broth
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup organic cheese

Cook chicken till thoroughly cooked in a soup pan. Pour can of fire roasted tomatoes in pan with chicken then stir in the broth. Add vegetables and black pepper, sage, oregano, and sea salt, let simmer for 15mins. Place soup in bowl and sprinkle cheese on top. Enjoy!
