Cheesy Jalapeño Biscuits

2 cups amaranth flour
1 tablespoon baking powder (non-aluminum)
1/2 cup organic butter (room temp)
2 organic eggs
1 cup milk (if using almond half milk half water)
3/4 cup organic cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh Jalapeños

Preheat oven to 400*. Cut amaranth flour, baking powder, butter, and milk together. Cut in cheese and Jalapeños. Drop an even amount of dough on pan to make 6 to 12 biscuits. Cook for 20 min. Enjoy!
