Breakfast Cookies

Super easy and yummy! Makes 12 large or 24 small cookies.

1/2 cup protein powder 
1/4 cup organic butter (room temp)
2 eggs
1/4 cup chopped dates
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup amaranth flour
1/2 cup gluten free oatmeal
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup dry/ 2 eyedroppers liquid stevia (I use sweet leaf brand)
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup flaxseed
1/4 cup chia seeds (optional)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder (aluminum free)
1 teaspoon allspice
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans
4 oz chopped or chips dark chocolate (optional) (I use unsweetened bakers squares)

Preheat oven to 350*. So easy that you just throw it all in a bowl mix it up. Then take a table spoon and place batter on cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 14 mins. Let cool for 5-10 mins and enjoy!
