Banana Nut Bread

Makes 1 loaf
1 cup almond meal
1 cup amaranth flour
1/2 Vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon baking powder (aluminum free)
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/4 cup dry/3 eyedroppers liquid stevia (I use sweet leaf brand)
1/4 cup honey (I use raw)
2 eggs(I use cage free vegan feed)
1 stick organic butter (room temp)
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup sliced/chooped almonds, pecan or walnuts
2 bananas mashed up

Preheat oven to 350*. In a lg bowl combine: almond meal, amaranth flour, protein powder, baking power, cinnamon, and allspice mix together. I a small bowl blend together eggs, butter, water and banana. Slowly blend wet ingredients into the lag bowl of dry ingredients. the mixture will be smooth with no lump. Then fold in sliced/chopped nut of your choice. Coat loaf pan with butter and pour batter in. Bake for 35-45 mins or until toothpick comes out clean clean. Cool for 20 mins and enjoy!
