Weight Loss Drinks

HOW MUCH DO YOU DRINK? You should be drinking lots of water throughout the day. We are made up of 60% water. When we drink water, we put fresh clean water in and push out water that is carrying toxins, waste, and FAT. YES, by drinking water you will wash away your fat! What else are you drinking? Concentrated fruit juice, milk, creamer, soda, coffee, tea, alcohol, etc. All of these can impact your weight loss and health. Anything that says diet on it is a good clue that it has artificial ingredients that can undo your weight lost. Drinks that have carbonation are bad for your bones and cause you to store belly fat. When it says concentrated, it really means pure processed sugar. Milk and creamer seem so innocent, but underneath the label of calcium and vitamin D is SUGAR. Dairy farms also pump steroids and antibiotics into their cows. This contaminates the milk and we become immune to antibiotics and have steroid symptoms from them. Try almond milk or coconut milk instead, they are yummy and nutritional. Or find an organic dairy farm to get your milk. Now milk is everywhere, so when you do eat it, just do it in moderation! Coffee is not going to undue everything if you use organic coffee. You still need to go with moderation because coffee can dehydrate you. Tea is a great way to get some liquid into your diet. The best for fast weight loss is organic Green Tea. This little jewel will give you weight loss and energy! It has too many uses to name! Alcohol is an empty calorie and does nothing healthy for the body. It dehydrates you and causes weight gain. There is really nothing nice I can say about alcohol. My mother always says, "If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all." PROTEIN SHAKES These are good tools to use for fast weight loss. They can be quick and easy but taste great too. Which, let's face it, if you are going to be drinking something everyday it better taste good or you wont use it! Have you checked you protein powder ingredients lately? These can be a total waste of time if they are loaded with sugar, soy, and preservatives. If you are using a whey protein you'll want to find a whey protein that is made by Dairy farms that don't use steroids and antibiotics. If you are unsure about what an ingredient is, Google it. You deserve to know what you are drinking. Protein feeds the muscle so that they can grow strong and lean. After each workout, you should have a protein intake of some kind. Shakes are the fastest and most efficient way of getting that protein. There are many kinds to choose from, but whey protein is the best, fastest acting and most commonly used. Feed your body what it needs and it will do more than you thought possible.
